The Director will manage all aspects and day-to-day operations, and establish and sustain a positive learning environment for all children. They must also oversee the coordination of education programs that comply with state regulations, ensure that facilities are maintained, manage and support the staff, and manage the center's financial affairs.

The Assistant Director will be responsible for a number of necessary behind-the-scenes at the center, including a variety of front office responsibilities, managing staff, working with parents, interacting with children, and assisting with programming that complies with state child care regulations. The successful candidate will work directly beside the director and perform an integral role in the center!
